Spotify Looper: Day 14

Finished the timeline (the longer playhead will go on top of the entire playheadnavigation). Added drag gesture to update position of playhead, and call a function updateSPTState on drag release.

Tomorrow: create JSONDecoder to import sample data to tweak layout options; add tap gestures to segment view to update play state
